The Self-Care Circuit | CoppaFeel! × Studio 404 | Event Photography
On 24 October 2026, Studio 404 partnered with breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! to bring The Self-Care Circuit to Shoreditch Exchange, London.
Created with South Asian communities at its heart, this free, day-long event brought people together to explore the importance of breast health, self-care and passing knowledge between generations. The day began with a 5K fun run and 3K community walk through Shoreditch, followed by an intergenerational panel discussion exploring body confidence, cultural taboos and the importance of knowing what's normal for our bodies. Throughout the afternoon, guests took part in creative and wellbeing experiences, including painting, collage, flower arranging, henna, head massage and scent rituals, alongside music, food and opportunities to connect. Through our Passing Up Rituals concept, we explored how chest checking can become part of everyday self-care, and how conversations about our bodies can move more openly between generations.
